What is an eXp sponsor?
When you join eXp UK, you can name an agent already there as your sponsor. Name me, and on top of what eXp gives every agent, you get one-to-one mentoring and accountability, my coaching and training, and my resource library.
Can you be my eXp co-sponsor?
Yes. Say so in your application and we'll talk it through. Sponsor or co-sponsor, you get the same mentoring, accountability, coaching and training from me.
Do I need to be self-employed already?
No. Most of the agents I'm looking for are still in the office: negotiators and managers who are ready to start their own business.
Who can apply?
Sales agents anywhere in the UK. It's for sales, not lettings.
How do the splits and fees work?
eXp UK sets those, not me, so I won't put figures on this page. We go through eXp's current figures together when we talk.
What if now isn't the right time?
